Happy 2009!
I’m up in Washington – heading home tonight! I spent new years with my friends up here near beautiful Seattle. Erin is sat across from me playing Neutral Milk Hotel songs and my friends Matt (our stand-in bassist) and Spike (our old drummer) are in the kitchen. We’ve been having a really great time.
2008 was a great year for me and Please Do Not Fight – there were much more ups than downs! We were psyched about the election, bummed about Prop 8, super stoked to tour and had a lot of fun playing the Cafe Du Nord show and hanging out with and seeing other local bands. We couldn’t be more excited about 2009 – we’ll be recording a new EP, touring more and playing lots and lots of shows starting with this show on Jan 18th with Dizzy Balloon! We really hope you’ll join us!
